Lucky me got a nasty infection so wasn’t at work on Tuesday.
I’m drinking quite a lot of reduced sugar cranberry juice in the hope it’ll flush it out, and I’ve not been tracking it because essentially it’s medicine lol.
Although we did give in on Tuesday evening and got pizza. I’m ok with it.
And yesterday although I was back to work, by the time I got home I felt sick and headachey and crap, so I didn’t hit the gym as planned. I did eat within my points though so that’s a good thing.
I’m hoping this will pass in the next couple of days, definitely going to the gym on Saturday morning - and maybe Friday evening if I get a sudden burst of energy!
