After my full workout on Saturday and swimming a mile yesterday.
This will be fun.
Going to the gym tonight in order to do something “different” for our girls night.
Then Saturday & Sunday afternoon meeting another friend at the gym too.
I need serious bum-kicking atm, I have just NO motivation to do anything.
Partly blaming this on the depression. Though I do feel slightly better so hoping my motivation will be back sooner rather than later.

Wow 17lbs in the first month is amazing. That’s roughly 3lbs a week - it is recommended to aim for a loss of between 0.5-2lbs a week so you’re way ahead of schedule in that sense.
It is normal to hit a plateau, especially after such amazing results. Try to mix up the plan a little, have a slightly larger breakfast for example, and maybe a different lunch each day. Mix up your exercise routine (if you have one - if you don’t have one, try to start one!) Up your water intake a bit… Water aids the metabolism as does lovely greens such as Kale, Lettuce etc. It might even be worth increasing your food intake, it is quite common to find that if you’re not losing weight it’s because you’re not eating enough (weird thought right!).
